Yojo here… Welcome to my blog

….so for the longest time I’ve been meaning to start a blog to pen down my thoughts but procrastination, that very annoying thing has kept me from doing so.  As I’m determined to fulfil one of the goals I set my self at the start of the year, here it is.

So my name is Yewande, well everyone calls me Yojo now, work family, friends you name it, and everyone has caught onto my nickname. Yojo is the acronym for my first and surname, Yewande OJO … You can call me Yewande, Yojo… I’m happy with either J… they’re both my names right?

I’m a young Nigerian–Sierra Leonean (my mother is Sierra Leonean) living and working in London. I’m a MASSIVE foodie… I mean I love to cook, and even love more to eat the food I’ve cooked than the act of cooking itself J … YES I love food…..  A few years ago, my love for food birthed my side hustle YOJOS! and I guess you can say I’m now an entrepreneur aka Foodpreneur as we are fondly referred to these days. YOJOS! makes Crunch which is gourmet chin-chin.  Chin- chin to Non West Africans is a crunch snack made four, sugar, eggs, butter and spices. It comes in five flavours.. Vanilla, Chilli, Coffee, Ginger and Spinach.  If you still haven’t tried it yet… You are seriously missing out. 

This blog is really giving you all an insight into my life and the things I enjoy from food, fashion, travel, and all things business related too.
